Who do we call for a price after designing?
For monuments designed in the system, there is no need to call anyone. The system is set to calculate your desired retail price for you.


How long will it take for an approval drawing?
You don’t have to wait anymore. The rendering is completed at the time of the meeting.


Who do I call to find out the status of my order?
It is no longer necessary to call to find out the status of your order. You can get updates online. No more waiting to have someone call you before you can call your family with the information.


What about getting my order information to the manufacture?
With aegis it is no longer necessary to fax the order to manufacture. The system prepares all the paperwork for you and submits it.


Is this software I load on my computer?
No. This is a web hosted application.


Why is this not software?
Software becomes obsolete the day it is installed. The process of using the user’s computer is costly and time consuming. Software updates are sold to the user. aegis is constantly upgrading the application both for content and functionality at no charge to our partners.
